Fans were loud and proud last night in a packed house at the MCHS Arena. The Montgomery County Boys' Basketball team in a buzzer beater thriller defeated long-time rival Clark to win the 10th Region. The team now moves on to the state tournament. An MCHS team hasn't done this since 2013 and only one other time prior in 1995. Fans were loud and proud last night in a packed house at the MCHS Arena. Tillian Hunt, 2, directly above on left, enjoyed Tuesday’s warm temperatures by climbing around some equipment on the playground at Easy Walker Park. Although the official first day of spring isn’t until March 20, temperatures were expected to remain warm throughout the rest of the week in the upper 60s and low 70s, providing a respite from the winter weather. Tillian is the daughter of Brittany Gallagher and William Hunt.
