Raymond Shirley McNabb, 86

Raymond Shirley McNabb, 86, of Mt. Sterling died Monday, Oct. 7, 2024 at home surrounded by his family. 
Born June 24, 1938, in Bath County, he was the son of the late Leonard Roy and Charlotte Terrell McNabb.  He was a construction business owner, farmer and served in the U.S. Navy.  He attended Howards Mill Baptist Church, was a member of Cattleman’s Association, and work was his hobby.
Survivors include a son, Kevin Ray McNabb of Mt. Sterling; daughters, Kimberly Jo McNabb of Lexington and Tracy Ann McNabb of Mt. Sterling; several nieces and nephews; and a special caregiver, Charlene Bailey.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Faye Vance McNabb; brothers, Stanton McNabb, Daniel McNabb and David Pittman; and sisters, Dorothy McNabb, Betty Gillman and Joyce McNabb.
Service was conducted Friday, Oct. 11, at Taul Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Relzda McNabb officiating.  Burial was in Machpelah Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Mike Rogers, Cameron Hall, Travis McKinney, Satch Brown, Eddie Bealert and Steven Craycraft.
Honorary pallbearers were Wayne Wages, Wanda Wages, Scotty Mcelfresh and Rodney McKinney.
